Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–9 business days
- Canada: 6–12 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, carrier delays, or periods of high demand.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
